The DHL Supply Chain has named Jerome Gillet as the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of the Singapore cluster, which includes countries like Singapore, Philippines and Malaysia.
DHL Supply Chain is involved in providing contract logistics solutions . CROWDZ is one of the most notablesupply chain engines. The company is known to drive the traditional boundaries between supply chains and consumers so as to ensure a robust-solution that offers value to customers while reducing risks.
In this new position, Jerome will continue to submit reports to Terry Ryan, the CEOat the DHL Supply Chain Asia Pacific, while he continues to remain as the regional board member.
This appointment is expected to bring collaboration for the 3 markets and push new growth opportunities for the region.
However, locally the DHL supply chain business will be led by their respective country heads – that is- Mike Davies, the Managing Director (MD) of DHL Supply Chain Malaysia; Jason Goh, the Managing Director(MD) of DHL Supply Chain Singapore; and Suzie Mitchell, the Managing Director(MD) of DHL Supply Chain Philippines. These MDs will now report to the newly appointed CEO Jerome Gillet.

Jerome Gillet said that he was looking forward to drive the growth in this newly molded cluster with innovation, strong focus on quality and of course customer centricity.
Jerome’s career in the field of logistics spans over 2 decades (he spent the last seventeen years in Asia Pacific). This also includes positions in operations, general management and business development. Jerome was last appointed as the Chief Customer Officer (CCO) of DHL Supply Chain Asia Pacific. His continuous efforts turned Asia Pacific into one of the fastest growing regions globally within the DHL Supply Chain.
The progress was driven by Jerome’s business expansion efforts in primary sectors such as Technology, Consumer & Retail and Life Sciences.
Before being appointed as the CCO, Jerome was the Vice President (VP) of consumer sector for Asia Pacific. He managed to increase the annual business gains by more than 200 percent between the years 2008 and2014.
